Our co-founders had been working in banking industry for more than 15 years, witnessing substantial amounts of loyalty initiatives not living up their real purpose.
On average, point issuers spend 5% of revenue managing loyalty programs, resulting in 3% of user redemption rate or less. Customers cannot redeem what they want and lose USD$100 from the unused points every year.
This leads to the rise of KeyPoints Exchange: a platform integrating loyalty points across programs, allowing users access to boundless offers of merchants worldwide.
